The location of LifeSynch, a wholly-owned, behavioral health subsidiary of Humana with operations in an adjoining office also influenced the decision to locate the facility in Irving, in addition to the business-friendly experience from the Irving Economic Development Partnership, Fleming said.

With its subsidiary companies Concentra and LifeSynch, and the addition of the employees being hired at the RightSource facility, Humana will have more than 2,500 employees in North Texas.
