Partners in Primary Care is in the news

Partners in Primary Care, a group of doctors bringing enhanced, senior-focused care to South Carolina seniors, received a warm welcome from local media recently.

Fox Carolina 4 O’Clock News, WYFF News and WHNS Morning News at 7 covered the grand opening at the Orchard Park location, and Your Carolina With Jack and Megan sat down with Dr. William Logan of Partners in Primary Care to discuss the importance of sleep for seniors.

The group opened four medical centers this summer. As part of its senior-focused care model, doctors in the practice offer longer, in-depth doctor visits; patients will also have same-day access to physicians.

“It’s geared to provide comprehensive care to the Medicare population,” Dr. Logan, a geriatrician and vice president of medical operations, said recently in The Greenville (S.C.) News. “The whole world of geriatrics is underserved nationally.” New patients will receive initial visits of up to an hour, while follow-ups will be 30 minutes.
